WelShiksha is dedicated to transforming education through technology by digitalizing govt. school classrooms to create optimal learning environments. In addition to digitalization, our initiatives encompass remedial classes, Digital Content curriculumn based, teacher trainings, pre vocational & vocational skills training in allign with NEP 2020, Career Guidance, activity-based learning, student exposure events, Science Experimental Learning, Maths Fair, Spoken English, Life skill workshops, Shala Praveshotsav - Distribution of Educational Kits, WASH Program in Schools, School Management Committee Members capacity building, Community workshops, Safe Drinikng Water at Govt Schools, Waste Management and School Wall painting - BaLA Concept and emphasizing digital learning welspun foundation is moving towards teaching Coding & AI to Govt students.
These efforts aim to raise awareness and support for education, emphasizing its critical role. WelShiksha empowers learners and educators with cutting-edge digital solutions. With 790+ classrooms digitized and over 180,000+ students impacted, along with training provided to 3,000+ government teachers, we are committed to expanding our impact and enhancing educational opportunities across communities.

WelNetrutva program is dedicated to empowering women/Farmers in rural communities through sustainable livelihood generation and its impact on improved healthcare of communities. By expanding farm and non-farm opportunities for women/farmers and self-help groups (SHGs), we have supported 370+ women entrepreneurs across over 120+ villages, positively impacting 71,000+ individuals. This initiative is pivotal in fostering sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment at the grassroots level, aiming to uplift communities through comprehensive support. Our efforts are not only enhancing economic stability but also promoting community resilience and well-being. Through this integrated approach, we are committed to creating sustainable positive change in rural areas, ensuring a brighter future for all stakeholders involved.

Wel Swasthya

Wel Swashtya project aims to empower women in specific locations through enhanced healthcare services, focusing on preventive and curative measures for adolescent girls and women. Our initiatives include health awareness in schools, Rasoi demonstrations for healthy diets, capacity building of frontline workers, Asha and Anganwadi workers and screening programs for anemia, malnutrition, RTI/STI, cervical and breast cancer, lifestyle diseases, TB awareness, and menstrual health management. We also celebrate special health awareness days such as No Tobacco Day, AIDS Day, Breastfeeding Week, and Nutrition Month in collaboration with the government. Welspun promotes Nutrition Gardens to ensure access to vegetables for healthy living practices. This program enhances healthcare practices in rural areas through regular community health camps, OPDs, and mobile medical units reaching remote villages. Our goal is to achieve improved healthcare outcomes and empower communities economically. With these efforts, we have positively impacted over 317,000 individuals across 165+ villages, aiming for lasting positive changes in rural well-being and economic stability.
